Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Maraudr ("the Service"). Maraudr is operated by Auberon LLC, based in Washington, United States. In these Terms, "we" and "us" mean the operator. By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

The Service

Maraudr monitors public sources for activity about companies you choose to track, classifies that activity with AI, and presents it to you with alerts and summaries. It is provided on an invite-only basis and is under active development; features may change.

Your account

• You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in access secure.
• Provide accurate information, and use an email address you control.
• Access is granted by invitation; we may provision, suspend, or remove access at our discretion.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
• Attempt to breach, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service's output as a competing product.

AI-generated content

Signal scores and summaries are generated by an AI model and drawn from public sources. They may be incomplete or wrong. Use them as a starting point, not as verified fact or professional advice, and verify anything important before acting on it.

Third-party sources

The Service surfaces information from public third-party sources. We don't control and aren't responsible for that underlying content, and surfacing it is not endorsement.

Beta, "as is", and liability

The Service is provided "as is" during the beta, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the Service's output. The Service may have downtime or data gaps. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to them will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We'll revise the "last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
